The festival gourmet areas
our catering offer for the bayreuth festival 2025
Once again this year, we are providing catering services for the Bayreuth Festival – before the performances, during the breaks and after the performances. You will find various culinary areas spread across the festival grounds. In our Green Hill FOOD COURT, the self-service area, you can easily take a seat in the indoor or outdoor area without a reservation and watch the hustle and bustle in front of the Festspielhaus while enjoying a wide variety of delicacies from our food stations.
For all those who like it typically Franconian, we have built a 60-meter covered FESTIVAL GARDEN to the left of the Festspielhaus. With a view of the Festspielpark, you can enjoy your breaks with regional delicacies. Would you like to reserve a fixed place in our areas in advance? Then book your fixed table in our festival all-inclusive restaurant “wahnfood KITCHEN” or in our festival gourmet restaurant “1813”.
But there’s no shortage of options for strollers either, who can satisfy their hunger at many other food stations. Try our festival bratwurst, the highlight of every festival season, or stop by the seafood bar “FLYING DUTCHMAN”. The wahnfood BAKERY offers coffee specialties and sweets.
We look forward to spoiling you with culinary delights again this year and look forward to a wonderful festival summer in 2025.

BAYREUTHER FESTSPIELE
About
A theatre created for a single composer: the Bayreuth Festspielhaus. With an auditorium in which music unfolds like in no other theatre in the world. Without pomp, reduced to the essentials: the experience of his works as a celebration.
Connoisseurs, friends, sceptics – they all come to the Green Hill every summer to engage with his legacy away from the major cultural metropolises. Since 1876, when he was able to perform his “Ring des Nibelungen” as a cycle for the first time.
Richard Wagner: revolutionary, utopian – his legacy remains alive here. At the most exciting music theatre festival in the world.
